About APR Rajkot
The Association of Physicians of Rajkot (APR) was formed in 1989 to provide an academic platform for the physicians of Rajkot. It aimed to foster camaraderie, collaboration and support for healthcare professionals in their mission to provide the best patient care.
The APR's inception was the idea of a group of doctors including Dr. N. V. Shah, Dr. P. R. Shah, Dr. Ghanshyam Jagani, Dr. Gautam Dave, Dr. Girish Patel, Dr. R. D. Koshiya, Dr. J. J. Kalaria, Dr. A. L. Vikani, Dr. V. K. Tanna, Dr. Sudhir Shah, and Dr. Chetan Mehta. Dr. B. P. Boghani was the founder president, and Dr. Ghanshyam Jagani was the founder secretary of the APR. With humble beginnings of 33 members, we now boast more than 250 members encompassing all medical subspecialties.
